"Wow look at this with our Riggers!"
"The new whizz bang with Garlick!"
"Look here is a mega video of JAYB cruising around Brighton!"

I just wondered....that was all.

Because his stuff is worth reading wink

In all seriousness, it's just nice to be able to see the articles penned by Mr H at a glance. They don't come every day so we highlight when they do smile

Because Top Gear/5th Gear crew aside, he's probably the most prominent performance car journalist & presenter in the UK? He's only spent the last 15 years working for Autocar, Evo, Driver's Republic, Drive & PH.

He's pretty well known in the UK and is probably one of the best motoring journos out there. Therefore it kind of makes sense to make sure people can see he's writing for you just with one glance at the frontpage.

He needs to post on here more often though, not a proper ph'er til he's posted some blurry camera phone shots in the supercars thread/posted about a parking ticket in sp&l/demanded a custard test (and so on) winkhehe

Keep up the good work.

As well as making it easy to spot his stuff (and judging by the analytics data it makes a big difference) it works well for search to have his name in the thread title as well as a byline at the bottom of the story.

It's all easy come, easy go. Harris is a pretty good writer. I seem to remember his first articles in Fast Lane? Before it went tits up? However, I would be more than happy to submit an article on PH, entitled V10 roof open, in London 8k revs in 3rd still accelerating and a couple of gears to go. If you want? TVR1

I think it's essential - I love reading his stuff but only occasionally happen upon it when I spy a topic in the forums.

You're confusing him with someone else, he never wrote for Fast Lane. Was still in short trousers then.
