Possible spamming?

I don't want it to be spam, and I've posted this in Biker Banter but not sure how many cross-section readers there are.
Anyways given stuff like the recent Beemer thread I thought it might help to pop this about:

The aim being to get a FB network of 'eyes' so people upload a pic of their now absent motor and anyone who see's it locally can comment to the victim and give them a nudge in the right direction..
There's nothing to lose that I can see and there's nothing to gain as the page goes.
Actually, an example would be the bloke who noticed the bike (R1?) sat in his space recently.. except this is social media based - which everyone uses.
