Two Very Quick Things

First of all, what do the links labelled 3,12,24 and 72 do at the top? This has been bugging me for ages and i just can't work out what they are!!

Secondly, the mobile classifieds don't appear to be working; clicking 'classifieds' on the bar just brings up a blank rectangular box with nothing in, not the lists of manufacters and models like it used to.
