Would it possible to change the way the tax and insurance columns are calculated?

TOTAL PER YEAR PER MONTH PER MILE
Insurance: £651.00 £2,604.00 £217.00 £0.13
Servicing: £540.00 £2,160.00 £180.00 £0.10
Tax: £165.00 £660.00 £55.00 £0.03
Upgrades: £208.00 £832.00 £69.33 £0.04
Difficult as cars are kept for a number of years but at the minute it just doesn't add up! Not quite sure how its calculated but surely the £651 for insurance should go in the "Per Year" column then that be divided by month for the monthly total. Then if a second years insurance was paid for the total would be Year 1 + Year 2.
I might not have explained that very well though!
