PH breaks on first read, OK after

Here and at work, I have a bookmark straight into the Gassing Station (www.pistonheads.com/gassing/forum.asp?f=23&h=0)
On both machines, it has recently started to produce the message below (usually first visit of the day). It references PH code, so it's not my browser that's generating the message.

C:INETPUBPISTONHEADS2INCLUDE../classes/visitor.asp, line 50
The HTTP headers are already written to the client browser. Any HTTP header modifications must be made before writing page content.
