Fake Classified Responses

Just wondering if it's common to get responses to ads on here whereby the enquirer turns out to be uncontactable - I assume therefore fake?

I've had two responses now to my classified. The first did not show up as a response on the PH site, but came through to my e-mail address. When I tried to repond it proved undeliverable as the e-mail address was invalid.

Just yesterday had another, only this time the response shows as a reply in the ad management section. Again though, not a valid e-mail address.
