More PH popups

I saw the previous thread on this but it had been closed.

I'm getting pop ups every time I change screens. Is it normal for PH?

Nope, as I said on the other thread, you should get one per session.

- What browser are you using?

- Have you got 3rd party cookies enabled?

- Have you completely closed all browser windows since yesterday?

You're blocking the cookie, so it can't tell if you've seen the ad already or not.

When a popup is shown it tries to put a cookie down so it knows that it's shown it to you. If if can't do that then it will think it's not shown one the next time the page is shown.
