No more free ads for long time users

Is it true that long time users no longer get free ads? Member since 2006 and it keeps saying ready for payment, emailed admin told them long time member and they said I now need to pay £9.99.

Yes I know but today they emailed me implying that long time users no longer get free ads.

Are you sure you spoke to the right people ? Try one of the techies here, not one of the sales team.

My mistake, looks like I was wrong. I think it was because I was using the old site, I was having problems.
