Mod help needed to title a topic please!

Hiya, I've started a topic in the All Creatures Great and Small forum. It should have a title saying 'Ren has been Diagnosed with Hyperthyroidism - Damn ' but for some reason I noticed my phone had not saved the title just as I'd submitted the thread. Could someone please add a title to my thread? It looks a bit strange without one!
