Quick thought occurs - we've had an infinite variety of "my car's not selling" threads, which inevitably lead to a few folks searching avidly through the classifieds looking for the ad.

Might be a nice thing to have My Ads on My Profile, and ought not to be too tricky to implement, as you already know who is posting them.
