mobile site not loading on nexus 7

Getting this error message trying to view the mobile site on my nexus 7 tablet...

That's not from PH server by the looks of it. Maybe a proxy?

I had that exact same error on my Galaxy Nexus, I thuink I had to reset cookies or something.

No proxies set up on this device, I assumed it was another server used by PH

Your network probably uses a transparent proxy, through which all traffic is forced, to manage bandwidth and monitor usage.
The clue is in the hostname that it's reporting.

But that wouldn't apply to Wifi and 3G connections would it?

How queer! Clearing my cookies fixed the problem.

The other guy who reported the problem had exactly the same error, and I can guarantee we use different ISP's so the error is definitely one from PH.

It could. It depends how the network operator has chosen to do it. They get cost-savings from putting a cacheing proxy between their customers and the rest of t'interweb.
