email facility removed?

Hi - I have been unable to email via PH profiles for a while and wonder if this can be reinstated please?

Hummm, I don't see anything to suggest you've had emailing rights removed.

It's probable that the people you're trying to email don't allow emails to be sent.

- When I click on someone's profile (inc. yours) there is no 'send email' tab that used to appear (on the left IIRC?), just the 'add to mates list' tab.

I thought my rights were removed (although rec'd no communication) just under a year ago when I sent many emails in the same day....

Wasn't trying to be funny, just helpful, I can't see what you can as I do not know your password.

So are you saying you haven't got an "email me" option next to "add to mates list" (yes on RHS)

If you are then it appears you'll need techie assistance.

You are indeed not allowed to use the PH Email facility. As for why, I'm not sure. Just the techie mate...

I seem too remember you asking the same question a while ago. I seem to remember Garlick saying you had your email facility removed because you sent out lots of emails, which they considered spam. I could be wrong though.

Can't recall asking the question before but you are right - when I was trying to sell a Reg Plate at the end of last year (A350TVR) I emailed c.20 T350 owners - never had any complaints but can understand reasons behind turning email off (although no contact was made with me at all..). Hopefully can liase with someone to sort out (promise I will be a good boy....). Regards, Paul.
