Problem submitting classified

Ive been trying all day to submit a classified ad in the pedal powered section and keep getting this error. Any ideas?

Kept getting this too when the system didn't recognise my registration plate. I've just continued and entered the details manually and its not come up again.

Thanks but I'm trying to submit an ad in the Pedal Powered section - it doesn't ask for a reg plate.

Yeah, it's a known issue. This happens when you don't have all your registration details on your account.

For you, you're missing your first name, last name, and telephone number. Just go here to add it: http://classifieds.pistonheads.com/account/edituse...

Sorry for this. I did a bunch of data migration on Thursday to fix this so I'm not sure how I missed yours.

Thanks Matt. I followed the link by my (old) details are there. I updated them with my current address and clicked "Save changes" - a box appeared with the details in so I clicked "Save changes" there but it just keeps re-appearing when I click!

Hey voicey, just ignore that. If you refresh the page you should see your details are complete now. If you try submitting the ad, it should go through.
