Selling car on PH? New charges? Info appreciated

Hi,

Just wondering if anyone else had experienced this, when I try and submit an advert in the classifieds it asks me to make payment of £9.99. In the past when I’ve done this it says because I have been a member for "X" amount of time then they wave the fee.

I should point out I'm not being cheap, I’m just wondering if they have changed that rule or if there is some mistake with the way I’m uploading my advert?

Thanks! It seems to be working now although it says the advert is "Live" but if I go into the new classifieds then it doesn't come up? Whereas, if I use the old classifieds it does?
