I put my car on ph yesterday and payed for the ad.It went live for about 15 hours but now says expired.What is going on?.It was on about a month ago and vanished for nearly a week aswell.This is not good enough,why am i paying for a service i am not receiving.Can't seem to get hold of anyone on the phone number to find out what the problem is.Anybody had similar problems?

my ad is now live again,hooray.But i lost a week last month and there is no explanation why.Obviously i am happy it is back up(thanks Matt)but technically you have still charged for me a service i didn't receive and an explanation as to why this is happening would be nice.Did i do something wrong?.Just want to know for thne future.I like pistonheads and check it daily for minis but you pay your money and you expect a great service too.
