how do i recieve help from ph about my advert

i placed my ad friday night i entered the reg number like asked and on completing the ad it has automatically placed it in the wrong section it in the audi section under quattro but it should be in the audi tt mk1 section, i have gone in to edit the ad but it wont allow me to change this, i have also contacted every possible customer services number showing on the site and after 3 hours i have given up they just ring and ring or sometimes even cancel out after a few rings, it wouldn't be so bad but i have paid for a premium ad and cant seem to do anything about it hope somebody can help with this thanks in advance.
