No sign in to classifieds

I am unable to sign in to classifieds for some reason. It appears that other people have had the same problem so perhaps a PH Techy Bloke can sort my problem out as well.

How are you logging in?

Your username is Denis O

Your password should be the same as your old classifieds password.
If you can't remember it, you can reset it here: http://classifieds.pistonheads.com/account/forgott... and an e-mail will be sent to your BT e-mail account.

Matt, I've tried logging in as Denis O and using the email address. Neither worked with my usual password.

I tried resetting the password 3 times but haven't got a reply to any.

Thanks Matt for whatever you did. I've just been able to re-set the password and upload my ad.
