Can't upload pics.

Is it only me or is there something wrong? If I try to upload a pic I get the little window asking me to choose forum fit or thumbnail but no browse menu so can't actually pick a pic to post.

I took a snap shot of the problem but then remembered that I can't actually post it.

Could you put it up using tinypic or something else chap?

Don't know what caused it but every thing is working properly again. Thanks for the offers to help.
