Having looked through Offendi's more recent posts, it looks like he (I assume he) is only serious when talking about bicyles (which probably says it all). The rest of the posts are a waste of bandwidth.

So why not ban him from everywhere except 'Pedal Powered' and see how he gets on?

The sites moderation tools don't work that way, we can but why would we need to? we only need to ban members from forums that we wish them not to post in.

You didn't get banned for the childish UKIP thing, as far as I could see you got banned because you regularly made one-post trolling contributions to threads and then never returned to them.
