Classified access issues

Hoping someone can help as I would like to advertise my car. I cannot seem to gain access to my account in the classifieds. It takes an age to load so I eventually give up. It's almost as if something is blocking access for some reason. I have tried the password reset, link arrives in email, click and reset password but still no access. I even tried opening a new account to a different email address but the email didn't arrive. Confused!

Sorry - forgot to add, my forum password doesn't work (wrong username/password). Once I reset my password, I just get 'Waiting for classifieds' and a loading symbol.

To add, I requested a password reset this morning and the email still hasn't come through. I would like to post an advert asap too.

Are you using IE10? Just switched to Google Chrome and didn't have any issues at all. I forgot to try the compatibility view setting on IE10 but might be worth a go for anyone else having problems.

HI, I'm also have a problem logging in ( I'm using firefox ). I've requested my password, but no email comes through. Can someone let me know what to do next, as I've tried the suggestions made by Matt in the sticky.

It doesn't appear you have an account. The forum and classifieds have separate logins so if you've registered for the forum you won't necessarily have a classifieds account.

Mmmmmm, I had an account on the old system? I thought they had all been migrated as per your post as a sticky. I tried to re-register and it says my email address has an account? Not sure what to try next? Use my work email? But will my username be available if I already have it?

Hmm... well I only searched on the e-mail address you have associated with your forum name. Is there a chance you used to use a different one?
