Pop-up Survey

Annoying pop up survey keeps coming up, happened 3-4 times now.

On Chrome with ad-block and supposedly my pop-up blocker is working.

Do a spyware scan using Spybot or Ad-Aware or any of the other stuff like that.

I don't think that is coming from PH, personally.
