What's New is not working

Ted, since late afternoon today whenever I go onto 'What's New'; it says 'No posts since your last visit'.

It's lying !

The time at the top of the page i.e. 'WHAT'S NEW since XX:XX', where XX:XX is always the current time.

I'm using 'Last 24' as a workaround.
