£15,000 classifieds competition entry

Just a bit of entry form page for this competition.

After filling in the form, search link, justification, T&Cs tick box and pressing the Submit button you still get the quote below at the top, and a box says Thank you for your entry and good luck. It isn't very clear whether the entry is done or you still need to submit it.

Entry submission page said:

You've chosen the PistonHeads Classifieds search that best fits your perfect car, all you need to do now is submit your entry to be in with a chance of winning.

Not a moan but if you put in your renewal date using the provided calender it won't accept it as it needs to be in DD/MM/YYYY but the calender puts it in as MM/DD/YYYY

Yeah, i agree with Hugh, it says you still have to submit your entry, which is weird as we just submitted our entries..
