pic uploading bother

Am having lots of trouble uploading pics. They're shot on an iPhone which means they're (inconveniently) 2Mb each, the limit apparently, but even after I've de-sized the latest one down to 213kb that ole whirly wheel keeps on whirling till eventually after bout a minute it gives up and the space in the Thumbsnap box goes blank leaving just the warning about 2Mb max size. Have quit Chrome and re-entered a few times but no joy. Am running a Mac Book Pro on 10.6.8.

I find the best thing to do is e-mail them to yourself, and choose the medium or large option when prompted about the size.

Have a try with that.
