What the suffering buggery is going on with PH?

Three times this evening I have had the below message appear on my phone when browsing when not logged in. I cannot do anything other than clear all cookies and data to remove it, as there is no bloomin' way I am going to click on that shyte.

Really not impressed... Disgusted of Hampshire.
