Can We Have A Specific Ebay Whinging Forum?

Can we have one of these so that all the people who can't think for themselves can post there rather than clogging up The Lounge with one of two types of post; 1, someone hasn't paid on ebay, woe is me. 2, is this a scam, should I do this?

It's boring and repetitive.

If you find a thread you think should be merged with an existing one. Report the new thread with a link to the existing one and a note.
Then a moderator should be along shortly to oblige if appropriate.

I do agree that many of the insurance threads are essentially addressing the same concerns. However I do not know how this could be readily achieved. But I do think that particular subject could be covered largely by one thread. Over to the PH techies.
