When trying to apply filters to a classifieds search on a Kindle Fire (the original, US-only model - not sure about the later ones), there is no scollbar on the pop-up list.

For example, you can add a Colour filter - but when you go to select which colours, you can't scroll down (so you can only pick from the first half-dozen colours)...

In Chrome on a Nexus 7, you simply scroll the list with your finger, like you would any other scrollable item. One finger press and hold, move finger in direction of desired scroll.

Seeing as a Kindle Fire is Android based, and the stock browser is probably based in the stock android browser, the should work.

Nope, afraid not - it just drags the whole page around...

(The Fire uses Amazon's own Silk browser, which uses their servers for a lot of the pre-processing grunt work)

Ah right.

Interestingly, a scroll bar does appear on opera Mobile non the N7,and on my Android 2.3 phone.

Same on my Desire HD, I got round it by putting the colour in the keywords box.

Have you tried Opera Mobile instead of Mini?
