Was just wondering if another sub-forum (I know, I know) could be added which was all about rallying?

It only seems right when race series' such as Britcar etc have one.

Cheers.

It would be nice, but I can't see it happening.

I could see an F1 forum happening before WRC. But for now General Motorsport is where it's all meant to happen.

Why isn't there a specific f1 forum as during the f1 racing season it can swamp a lot of non f1 threads on general motorsport if there can be a football forum surely there should be a f1 forum.

Why is Britcar etc seperate? Just curious really.

I don't have the answer to that one. That forum existed before my time... getmecoat

My guess however, is that maybe it's used by people who actually race in Britcar? Seems to be the trend for the rest of the series-specific forums.

I think you make the common mistake that rallying = WRC

I went to the Forest of Dean at the weekend to watch the Wyedean rally. 158 entries, thousands of people spectating, marshalling and organising the event and that was only a lowly 'National B' rally.

Interest is still high it just can't seem to get any publicity.

ETA it would be useful for those of us who compete, spectate or organise to be able to have a chat without getting lost in the myriad of roundy roundy stuff in General Motorsport.

Same with the NWStages event up in Blackpool.

Thousands out to watch it.
