Good evening mods.

I thought I would report a couple of possible bugs in the classifieds.

A little while ago I reported that some of the letter links to that allows you to jump to manufactures being with that letter wasn't working.

There were replies that there was no problem, yet on my machine there has still been issues with the Letters D, M and S.
I have cleared my internet history many times and have also restored the computer to factory settings since then, but the problem is still evident? Furthermore it has occurred on other computers, too scratchchin

The next problem revolves around a recent change to the postcode distance. Since the drop-down menu's "Location" was replace with "Distance from postcode", it doesn't seem alter the list of cars.

Finally, and very occasionally, the classifieds will slow to a crawl before crashing completely. The page with then reload and crash again. I've then copied the web address into a new window and it will crash. It doesn't seem to happen on any particular page.

PH Towers may or not be aware of the problems stated, but I couldn't find anything about them, so thought I would start this thread.
Hopefully scatty decriptions are enough, but if they are unclear, please let me know smile

Other than the above, the new classifieds have been great to use - looks like you've largely cracked it saved for a couple of bugs! thumbup

Thought I'd add to this and give it a bump.

When viewing add's and trying to sort by value, it reverts back to 'most recent advert first'.

Am I doing something wrong?

Try scrolling down the ad.

I'd noticed there's a glitch

Try giving it a hard refresh aka ctrl-f5 or clear your cache. Its hanging onto some outdated css styling.

Chuck the ipad in the bin and buy a computer wink

Ipad is a separate issue I am afraid that we are feverishly working on before the weekend.

If you're using a mac i recommend using CMD + R in order to do a hard refresh, CTRL + F5 is a PC thing.

I've cleared my iPad of cookies, will it be any better if I get rid of Jaffa cake crumbs too?
