Upgrading an ad in the classifieds

I think its gone on as a standard. How do I go back and upgrade to premo? Have looked at the FAQs but it doesn't point me to an Edit button where I can upgrade or change wording.

If you go to My Ads, there should be an upgrade button.

If not, go to step 3 of the upload process and change the ad type.
