Ted, couple of ideas gleaned from other forums which would speed up the posting process.

Each page to have a reply field at the bottom enabling you to compose a reply without navigating to a new page.

'Reply' buttons move focus to the reply field. 'Quote' buttons paste the relevant message as a quote into this field, and move fous to it. Smiley 'crib sheet' next to the form, you don't need any legends just a big football field of smileys, clicking on one inserts the corresponding code into the reply form. Ditto 'bold', 'big', 'small' toggle buttons etc.

I reckon if you implemented all these ideas, some of us more prolific posters could save hours a day! Will we get more work done, or just post more messages?

Not sure about having a reply field on each page but the rest of the ideas certainly make sense to me and will be implemented.
