Profile updating error

There seems to be a problem updating member profile. I tied several times to add a link to a pic. When I click "update" there a flash of some message center screen and then I get a screen that says its updated (but it hasn't) and a truncated message above this saying rejected. Never had this problem before so maybe something needs a tweak?
