Think I'm being stoopid when using PH forum

Why is it when I click on 'go to latest post' does it take me to the beginning off the thread, even though I last viewed up to page 33 (for example).

Is there something wrong with my settings? Or is it a website issue?

You don't pay membership for the first 2 months (from what I can tell on the most recent member package)

That usually fixes the problem...
