Links to autotrader not working, any ideas?

In the 'best of the bargain basement' thread there are often links posted to autotrader ads.

I'm finding that if I click on these links the page that opens is not the linked page, but a 404 error from some page on apmebf.com.

For example, this link:

was posted today at 2005 by 'jonnylayze', but when I click it the url in my new tab is:

Apologies for the huge text, but I thought it best not to truncate the urls.

I'm using FF19. This problem does not occur on my HTC Desire on the PH mobile site.

Any ideas?

That looks like a rogue cookie on your machine from something else, which is interfering with that link. I've just copied and pasted the ATD url into my web browser and it directs straight to it. Google "apmebf" and you'll see.

If I copy the url into a new tab it works perfectly well too, it's just if I click on the hyperlink in the post that it redirects - even though the link appears properly formed...

I have removed all autotrader cookies and there aren't any from apmebf on the machine.

I'll run spybot & ad-aware and try again.
