Classifieds login

When I'm asked to login within the classifieds section, presumably it is asking for my PH username and password? That being so, I'm getting a message saying that my username / password is invalid.

Can someone help me out here?

I'm in a slight pickle here.

Ok, firstly, I've recently changed my username from ApexJimi to TheJimi.

Secondly, I had trouble logging into the classifieds, so I was given a password reset, and now I can get in, but I've since realised a couple of things -

• I've only used the classifieds once as a seller, and it was on behalf of a friend who didn't have a reliable internet connection at the time. So I used his name (H**** G**** ) and the account appears under his name rather than mine.

• To further add to the confusion, my old username (ApexJimi) is attached to the classified account too.

Ergo - could I ask that the classified account is deleted completely, and I'll start from scratch again?

We can't actually delete an account. If you can log in, you can change the details to suit you.

If you want your name changed to TheJimi, I can do that.

Yep, change the username to TheJimi and I'll attempt to change the name to my own instead of my mate's.
