"Motoring News" forum - time to merge and close?

I was looking earlier at the Motoring News forum... more than half the posts seem to be mis-posted and have been moved out. From the remaining posts, many are nothing to do with motoring news...

Even topics like Kia's launch at Geneva was posted by PH into General Gassing:

Given the other forums cover so much, and that Motoring News is low traffic, and given PH don't use Motoring News for news about motoring, is it time to kill it off and merge it into GG?

I bought the pass phrase was "because you have changed your user name from "mybrainhurts" to "mybrainurts" and you are trying to log in IE using mybrainhurts."?
