Or not, if it is intentional. I didn't see it reported elsewhere, although I'll admit to not looking overly long.

I'm getting adverts in the top right of my screen, the issue is that they are a bit too big for the location - they obscure about half of the 'links', 'search' and 'whats new' buttons.

if I extend the browser window to the entire screen, they remain static in size, so I can size the window so that the ads are not covering the buttons, but browsing full screen in 2560 by 1600 is a pain.

I'm in the US if that affects what the advert provider displays.

that's on Chrome, BTW - on IE if sticks it straight in the middle at the top, oscuring the PH logo partially.

I've noticed similar on IE9, only on the main and individual forum pages, not specific topics/threads. The ads aren't going in quite the right place: too low, and over to the right.

Also seeing this in Chrome on the iPad. As well as obscuring the links, it makes all the text render too small. Please fix !

Come on chaps, it's the old story, the site is here to attract the advertising. We have to learn to live with it.

Well, seeing as on this thread, one of the PH tech bods mentions that they'd thought they'd resolved this, I'd say that it's an issue, albeit a minor one.

Though it appears to be resolved for me now, on chrome.

But still an issue on IE9, though.

Not objecting to adverts per se, but if they actually stop you reading the site properly, they need fixing...

Bumping this as it's still happening... Any comment from the PH team?
