Why does it take ages to load PH, I click on my PH logo and wait, and wait and wait....nothing. So I try again and I get the home page then the same problem when I try to get to the forum page etc etc.

Also experiencing the same. Pages just don't seem to want to load, hit refresh and might happen again or load instantly.

Likewise. Some refreshes are instant (as normal), others just time out and need repeated refreshing.

I think it's related to this;

http://www.pistonheads.com/gassing/topic.asp?h=0&a...

I've noticed that when I need to refresh I keep seeing the cdn.code.haymarket thing on the bottom left of the stuck page.

Yes, connected to the other thread. I'm getting the same thing, but it isn't something which our devs can easily sort as it seems to relate to a cacheing solution which we use across our sites (the same thing seems to be affecting Autocar and What Car for me). I have raised the alarm at our place but I'm not confident it'll be something we can sort until after the weekend.

I am using Ad-Blocker and have found that I have to stop the page and reload, it then loads straight away.

Same here,

Click on a thread and wait, wait, wait zzzzzzzz

close the browser and reopen PH and it's OK for a few minutes then off it goes again.

It isn't actually an ad serving issue. The problem is with our CDN it seems (that's the cacheing we have in place to make the site run faster, ironically) hence isn't something the dev team can easily resolve until after the weekend.
