New Advertising Information links

I'm noticing two new links in the top right hand corner - "Advertising Information" and "Advertiser Directory". Ted, purely out of interest, are these a response to people using more efficient ad-blocking software?

Both links aren't new; they just reappeard. The link to the advertiser's list has been in a yellow boy below the banner, and the Ad info link moved from somewhere more hidden to where it is now

Nope, I have other measures in place to circumvent ad blockers (only for some ads though).

It's just that people remember seeing an ad and want somewhere to look up the details later.
