My Info / Contributions no worky on touch screen / Chrome

I prefer the "normal" site on my Nexus 7 but for some reason which might be Chrome-related, I can no longer access the My Info menu options. It used to be that you could press My Info and the menu would drop down, then when you pressed Contributions the menu would zoom automatically allowing you to select your option clearly. Now it neither zooms or passes me to my Contributions page.

I expect it is a device issue but wondered if anyone else has had this problem.

The mobile site works perfectly on my phone AND the N7 but isn't a great format for the larger screen.

You could try using the "Mobile (Beta)" skin on both devices and see if you like that any better.

If not I assume you use Classic skin and the drop downs are giving you issues?

What's the beta site URL? I'm currently using:

You switch your desktop skin to "Mobile (Beta)" and then view the "desktop site" on your phone/tablet/mobile device.

It does switch all your views to a Big Blue style rather than the classic view.

OK this is really strange.

Using the normal site on my Nexus 4 phone works properly. When I touch the menu I get the drop down, and when I touch my selection the whole drop down zooms in. This is what used to happen on the Nexus 7 but doesn't any longer.

However I can no longer access the mobile site from my Nexus 4. I get a "bad request" error. It says:

Bad Request

Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand.
Size of a request header field exceeds server limit.
