What happens at that time I wonder?

Each morning this week, as I peruse the mornings threads before hunkering down to some serious work, the forums freeze completely for a couple of minutes. I've looked at the clock each time and it shows 9:05.

Is this some sort of groundhog day thing, or just a spooky coincidence?

I tend to try and stop PHing at nine before starting work proper, so make a flurry of posts before that.

Perhaps that is how others do it?
