Has anyone ever been banned from starting threads?

I was just wondering. There seem to be a few people who start so many threads and many of them utterly pointless that I was wondering if they have had that permission removed but been allowed to remain.

I think PH remove every second thread I create. Usually late at night when it's dark outside and I'm scared.

Sometimes the info gets stuck and I can't say it to the thread. So it comes out weird and PH remove it or something.

Anyhow, I know it's gone when I get a message saying its gone and sometimes I get a cheeky comment regarding information.
