If memory recalls order of placement was general, lounge then website feedback, all moved by mods i presume, funny thing then it breaks a posting rule by being placed in its final place

I didn't realise that.

We try to keep this forum free from rambling discussions and focused solely on legitimate technical issues. It's a place of work for us techies so it can be bothersome when a 100+ post thread full of whinges about other members' spelling, grammar, and thread-starting etiquette keeps getting bumped up.

If you want that thread moved to the lounge that's no problem; it just doesn't belong here.

I'm not fussed if it is moved, I just thought that it was interesting that it was moved from the lounge to feedback, then closed because it was in feedback. It seemed a bit contradictory hence a point of order.

Yeah, that is a bit contradictory but I don't think there were any sinister intentions. Seems like it was an innocent mistake.

I'm not sure who the mod is that moved it, but there's one or two new ones floating about so perhaps that's why.

A Moderator will be able to "access all areas", which will include an audit trail as to where a post went/has been and who moved it (plus more 'info').... As a Techie on here, I'd assume you are also a Moderator with access to this info?
