same ad appearing in most forums on PH

For about 2 months I have had an ad from sofaitalia.co.uk showing up at the top / side / bottom of almost every page on PH. It is driving me absolutely nuts but I can't get adblockplus to work on my nexus so I am stuck with it. I have seen it on other sites but not nearly as much as here. I bought a sofa a couple of months ago but not from there and didn't do any browsing as I got it from a shop.

Please help!
