Classifieds login

I've just tried logging in to the classifieds using my forum login details (both username and email address), but it is not recognised. Is this because I've changed my email address since the classifieds update?

It's because forum and classified accounts are separate.

If you previously had registered for the classifieds, use those details (if you remember them). Otherwise, just register again and you should be set.

If you have to register, let me know when you've done that and I'll give you free ad privileges.

Really? So someone else could register on the classifieds as 'V8mate' and masquerade as my fine and upstanding self? This has to be the most ridiculous system administration ever?

Well, it says that there is already a V8mate registered. I asked it to send me the password and I received no email. So I guess it's someone else.

I think I'll spend the rest of the afternoon registering a load of usernames of well known PHers.
