Width of page on mobile site

Hard to explain but when a page loads up on my iphone e.g. This one http://www.pistonheads.com/gassing/topic.asp?h=0&a...
It loads and the screen adjusts to the width of the top banner. Unfortunately the text that loads underneath extends off the side of the screen so I have to double tap to adjust the width so I can read the text.

That is a minor example, some are much worse.

I get that quite a lot on iPhone 5 using the Mobile (beta) skin.

Ah yes, maybe it's an issue with the mobile skin
