How do you submit a non motoring for sale ad?

Is this function hidden somewhere? Do I have to sit in a pentagon and make a wish at midnight?

I aim to sell a watch. I am being asked for a number plate.

On that first page there's a sentence in yellow text which says "I want to sell something else" but if I'm honest it took me a few seconds to find it.
