Unresponsive script

I've just had an unresponsive script error, while trying to navigate back from a thread to the Midlands forum, using the back button - Firefox (v21.0 on Windows 7) locked up and eventually showed that it was this script that locked up - http://b.scorecardresearch.com/rs/vce_st.js:1

I guess it is from an advertiser or something, but I know that there have been similar issues, so thought I'd post it.
