It seems to be an ongoing issue. I've given one of our servers a kick up the backside. Hopefully you'll get some e-mails now.

I sent two emails last week but didn't receive the copy that the website used to sent to the senders account.

So have no idea if they actually went.

That would be a separate issue. Have you checked your spam folder?

I've never had the need for a spam folder TBH and I haven't changed any settings so I would expect them to arrive in the inbox fine as they have done in the past.
