Posting problems - Mobile (iPhone)

I've had a quick look to see if anyone else has posted, and can't see anything that stands out.

A few times when posting from my mobile (iPhone, latest iOS I believe) I get the following error message.



It only appears when I have tried quoting, and not all the time (but always after a long reply, sods law!).

Its been happening for a while, but I keep forgetting to grab a screen print and post!
